The only way to make the heading of 'Account #' disappear from the heading of RPS is to drag that particular heading behind one of the other headings. If this has been done, look for a bold separator line that is between one of the headings. There should be one line that is more appearent than the others. With the computer mouse, place the cursor at the bold line and drag the line over to the right. The accounts heading should now be an available option at the panel list view.
Hint: The "Account #" heading, by defaut, is located between "Panel Type and the Description" headings in the panel list view. From the left, the first heading is "Panel Name", the second is "Panel Type", the third is "Account Number", the fourth is "Description", the fifth is "Contact", the sixth is "Rom Rev", and the seventh is "Unattended."
