When testing fire points, I cannot clear them from the alarm memory. They are in a seperate area from the burg points. How can I clear the fire points?
D7212GV2, D7412GV2 and D9412GV2 panel types using firmware version 7.06 had a defect where the control panel required Burg AND Fire points to be normal rather then only Fire points, prior to allowing alarm memory to clear.
This problem is corrected with the upgraded firmware 7.07, currently at version 7.09.
