If the area assigned to the access door is armed at the time when the unlock schedule executes then the door will remain locked. Security panels require access doors to remain locked any time the area is armed.
Check the panel log for the armed state of the access door’s assigned area prior to the execution of the Unlock Door sked.
Manually unlock the door:
- Disarm the area where the door is assigned
- For GV4 Version 1 and earlier panels; Press CMD + 46
- For GV4 Version 2 and higher panels; press Menu + Actions + Access
- Select Unlock Door
- The locked door will be indicated by a number, press the associated number followed by enter.
