Account numbers can contain 4, 6, 8 or 10 digits. If less than four digits are entered, the panel adds up to four zeros to make a four-digit account number. If five, seven or nine digits are entered, the panel adds a zero to make the account number 6, 8 or 10 digits in length respectively.
Only Radionics’ Modem IIIa² and Modem4 format supports ten-digit account numbers. Verify that the central station receiver to which the panel reports supports Modem IIIa² and ten-digit account numbers before programming a ten-digit number in the Account Number parameters.
If you select a reporting format other than Modem IIIa², the panel automatically truncates the account number to the maximum length supported by that format.
Entering Account Numbers from the Command Center
One account number digit occupies each Nibble. Be sure to use a zero (0) to terminate the account number entry if it is less than ten digits. For example, to set an account number of 1234, enter [1]+[2]+[3]+[4]+[0].
