How to edit phone numbers when not allowed with keypad programming.

• WDSRP software waspreviously used to program the panel.  The account was protected from takeover by limiting parts of programming from the keypad.
• WDSRP remote programming software provides options to limit all or parts of keypad programming in the Remote Access area of the account.   Select Edit Remote Access and the below dialog box appears.
  

  

  Select the desired option in the bottom right-hand corner of the dialog box:

  • All keypad programming is allowed.
  • Can't change phone numbers.Programming addresses to edit phone numbers is blocked.
  • No keypad programming is allowed. No access to programming through keypads is allowed.

Note that the WDSRP software is no longer available or supported.  When not readily available, the panel must be replaced.
