The display Network Mod 1(or 2) Cable Open will only display on panels utilizing the SDI2 bus such as B8512G, B9512G and GV4 Series control panels.
The Network Mod 1 Cable Open display indicates the IP Communicator addressed to 1 has no connection to the network. Either the Ethernet cable has has been removed or there is a problem in the local network.
The Network Mod 2 Cable Open display indicates the IP Communicator addressed to 2 has no connection to the network. Either the Ethernet cable has has been removed or there is a problem in the local network.
