For D9000/D7000 Series panels with firmware version 6.2 or higher, AC Fail Time operates differently. If an odd number is entered for the second digit, then the AC Fail Time is in minutes. If an even number is entered for the second digit, then the AC Fail Time is in seconds.
For example, an AC Fail Time of "15" is interpreted by the control panel as 15 minutes. An AC Fail Time of "14" is interpreted as 14 seconds.
