Question
After entering the user name and password to login, why do I receive a login error such as "No Such User", "You are Stranger!", or "Invalid Access – browser was unable to determine your identity"?
Answer
To troubleshoot logon errors, follow these steps:
- From Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Security level for this zone.
- Set the Default Level to Medium.
- From Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Temporary Internet Files.
- Change the settings of Check for newer versions of a stored pages to Every visit to the page.
- From Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Sites.
- Type the address for the AEC controller in the Address of Web Site field, then click Allow. This enables cookies for the AEC site.
- Close Internet Explorer, and then reopen the application. All changes should now take effect.
