1. TCP/IP Connection Errors – TCP/IP must be configured on all
workstations running Alarm Monitoring. Use a static IP address, not DHCP.
2. The Access Control Driver (LS Communication Server) may not be running, or was started improperly. Close Alarm Monitoring and start driver either interactively via the Start Menu or through the SERVICES Control panel.
3. Workstation running Alarm Monitoring is not in the monitoring zone
for the access panel.
4. Workstation name is incorrect in software configuration for access
panel.
