One possible cause is that cookies may be disabled on your web browser.
- In internet Explorer, click View, Internet Options. Next select the Advanced tab. Scroll until you get to the security section. The cookie setting could be set to disable all cookie use.
- Change this setting to enable cookies. Select apply and okay and close the web browser and reopen it.
Another possible solution is to default your browser settings.
- In Internet Explorer, select tools and internet options.
- Select the advanced tab. Select restore defaults. Close and reopen your web browser.
