I cannot connect to any panel using RPS. I have done the following: tried all settings and addresses and tried different panel types.I have ensured the laptop was disconnected from ac power and the fire wall was turned off. I have ensured there were no active wireless connections but I am still unable to connect over the phone, network, cell or over the DX4010V2.
A possible solution is that a second instance of RPS is running on the computer. To correct the problem, shut down both instances of RPS. Log off and then log back into RPS. A successful connection may work with the control panel via RPS
