Central Station is not getting the BFSK reports from the panel. Panels are not going into Comm Fail or Comm Route Fail therefore the reports are going to a receiver somewhere.
The Central Station may be looking for a 4-digit account number and the panel is only sending 3 digits.
When using BFSK Reporting Format only the last three digits of your account number are transmitted to the Central Station. Insert a 0 as the first digit of the account number.
Example; change the account number [2 3 4] to be [0 2 3 4].
