If a 24 hour visible point is in trouble, the keypad will buzz a constant tone until command 4 is pressed at the keypad.
- If pressing command 4 at the keypad does not stop the buzzing from the keypad, ensure no keys on the keypad are stuck in the pressed position.
- Repair any stuck keys by removing the faceplate and correct the stuck key. Take care to not allow any keys to become stuck when replacing the keypad faceplate.
- After correcting the stuck key, press command 4 to silence the trouble tone.
