In the program of the panel there is a keypad or keypads that are turned on and marked as SUPERVISED “YES”. These keypads do not exist in the field. To turn this off go to 9000MAIN then to COMMAND CENTERS then to COMMAND CENTER ASSIGNMENTS. For every keypad that is not being used make sure the line that says SCOPE displays NO KEYPAD. This can be done by putting the cursor on that line and hitting the space bar until NO KEYPAD is displayed. This turns the keypad off and the panel will stop looking for it.
