Issue
Upon powering up D6600 receiver, black bars are locked across LCD display and buzzer will not silence.
Solution
Cause: D6610 CPU card is not booting up properly.
1) Power down D6600.
2) Remove and carefully reseat D6610 CPU card.
3) Power up D6600.
4) If D6600 continues to lock up, put backup D6610 CPU in primary D6600.
5) If D6600 is still locked up, put backup D6615 CPU Terminator card in primary D6600.
6) Lastly, if D6600 is still locked up, contact Customer Service at 888-289-0096 for advanced replacement of D6610 and/or D6615.
