This is due to a gateway setting in the VPN properties. Perform the following steps on a Windows 7 computer to resolve the issue. Windows 10 settings may differ slightly
- Browse to Start | Control Panel | Network and Internet | Network and Sharing Center.
- Select Change adapter settings.
- Right click on the Wyless VPN connection and select Properties.
- Click on the Networking tab.
- Highlight Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and select Properties.
- Click Advanced.
- Uncheck use default gateway on remote network. Click OK. Click OK again.
- Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and select Properties.
- Click Advanced.
- Uncheck use default gateway on remote network. Click OK. Click OK again.
- Click OK again out of the VPN properties window and close the Control Panel.
