Issue

The panel is displaying "Config Ram Fail" on the annunciator.

Solution

Enter the main configure menu, then step back out to normal operation. Follow these steps below.

1. Press 1 to enter commission mode
2. Enter 9898 to get into the main configure screen
3. Press 1 Configure
4. Unlock the memory switch.
5. Press 1 Configure
6. Press No
7. Press 3 for normal operation.
8. Lock the memory switch.
9. Press 3 for normal operation.
