Solution The User Group pertaining to the user of the credential may be disabled. If a user's authority level has M selected in Security Level and the user presents their credential to a door entering a Master Armed area, the door will open regardless of the enabled state of the user's User Group. If this user's User Group is not enabled at the time when the card is presented, the related area will not disarm regardless of the selection made in Disarm Level in the users authority level.
