Lost connection with FPA-1000 Browser and it will not allow me to reconnect, stating a Level 3 is already logged into the control panel. How can I get back in?
Answer
Use the following steps:
- Log into programming at the control panel keypad by pressing the ENTER key. The Display will read PIN OK User Logged In Some where else Press Enter to Take over programming ESS to Give up
- Press ENTER to take over programming control, then press ESC to exit programming.
Now you should be able to login from the Mozilla Firefox browser.
