How to use keypad programming to configure FPD-7024 IP communications?

    Step-by-step guide:

    1. Determine which type of FPD-7024 hardware in use. There are differences in network communications programming depending on which type is in use (see figure 1).

    • Version 1.00-1.03 panel types are identified with words on panel keypads instead of Icons.
    • Version 1.06+ panel types are identified with Icons on panel keypads instead of words.

    2. Obtain the following parameters.

    • Receiver IP Address and Port number.
    • Panel account number.
    • Supervision interval configured in central station’s network account for the panel.

    3. The Number entry combines the receiver IP address and network supervision into a single location
