What are the key parameters used for formation of computer signature (Bosch FSM - Fire Monitoring System)?
Answer
FSM license is calculated via several hardware parameters:
- BIOS ID and Version
- Disks serials
- NIC (Network interface card) Mac Addresses
- Processor ID
Any related HW change to the above in the FSM server will lead to license not being valid and will need to be transferred.

The license xml, location path as shown below also shows the hardware identifiers:
Go to C:\ProgramData\Alesys\SecurityControlServer\License\License.xml.
The License file also shows the licensed features and order number, license key is not shown.
Note: Only viewing this file is allowed any changes to this file will invalidate the license and will not be recognized by the server.
