Where are FSM (Fire monitoring system) log files stored?
Answer
The log files can be found under
C:\ProgramData\Alesys\SecurityControl\logs for FSM client and under
C:\ProgramData\Alesys\SecurityControlServer\logs for FSM server.
The folder ProgramData is as default "hidden" so please enter C:\ProgramData at the address bar in File Explorer. Then you will find the Alesys folder.
