Who is operator 10000 in Fire panel history?
Answer
The operator 10000 is shown when detector fault/ Fire is acknowledged on the controller when no operator is logged in (e.g. Operator 2), by pressing the Acknowledge button.
But if another operator (e.g. Operator 2) is already logged in, then when fault/ Fire is acknowledged on the controller --> the Operator is shown, not 10000.
