Check to see if the tone is sounding for Door Left Open.
Close the door and verify view point status displays the door point as normal. If not using the D9210B door point, ensure a 1K EOL is connected to terminals 9 & 10 to satisfy the door point. At the end of the programmed Extend Time (default entry is 10 seconds) the tone will continue until the door point restores to normal. If the Extend time is set to 0 or blank the tone will be disabled.

If the point acts like an entry/exit delay point when its prorammed as Perimeter Instant, the issue may be with the Part Mode Delay Time setting .
The Part Mode Delay Time setting is located in Panel Wide Parameters > Global Open Close Options > Entry Exit Timers. Enter 0 for an instant alarm.
If the Entry Exit Timer is set to a value other then 0, it will override the Entry Delay 1 and 2 for the particular points. Armed points that are not assigned an Entry Delay also follow the specified time, including instant points.

This solution pertains to Inovonics wireless points that interface with the panel’s Zonex bus using either an ISW-D8125CW-V2 or ISW-D8125-CW.
The ISW-D8125CW-V2 or ISW-D8125-CW wireless interface can only show Normal Short or Tamper when testing with Diagnostics. If the wireless input shows missing when looking at View Point Status from a panel command center, the problem may be caused by a communication issue with the wireless interface.
Troubleshoot the following:
Verify the Tamper switch is closed on the ISW-D8125CW-V2 or ISW-D8125CW and EN4200 or ISW-EN4200.
Troubleshoot the Zonex Bus. Remove other Zonex devices, leaving only the wireless interface connected.
