To comply with CP01 standards the panel must have the ability to disable the call waiting feature. Enter the phone providers code to disable call waiting prior to entering the central station phone number. Contact the phone service provider to find out the proper touch tone entry to disable call waiting.  If Phone Number 1 is programmed with a sequence to cancel call waiting (typically [*][7][0][P] followed by the phone number, program Phone 2 without the call waiting cancel sequence. If the subscriber cancels Call Waiting without notifying their alarm installing company, the control panel can still send reports using Phone 2. Access the Event Log in the D4412/D6412 by pressing [CMD] + [85].    The system stores 254 events from all areas in its event log. Using the Event Log: Press [CMD] [8] [5]. The keypad may prompt for a valid passcode entry. Enter your passcode if necessary. The keypad displays the event and user information and the date and time of the event. Press [*] to view to the next event. Press [CMD] to exit this function and return to the normal display. Below is an example of the D4412/D64112 Event Log.
