Setting Alarm Abort to yes in point index programming would prevent non-fire, visible point alarms from sending Alarm signals if an alarm silence is performed prior to the end of the Abort Window. Abort Window is set in GV2Aux>Misc>Abort Window. Alarm Abort is defaulted to yes in all point indexes with the exception of 3, 4, 5 and 22. There was problem found in the firmware of the keypad prior to March 2006. This does not hinder the operation or function of the D1255 Command Center. If this becomes a nuisance you may replace the Command Center with a newer version. Anything manufacture passed March of 2006 has the latest firmware that corrected this issue. When viewing Diagnostics under the Points tab, points assigned to areas other than the currently selected area will show Not Programmed.  Select the area where points are assigned by pressing the drop-down arrow beside the Area box and select from the list of areas.  Points assigned to the area selected will show up with correct status.  ...
