Customers have been experiencing an issue with NENA RX audio after they've updated C-Soft and their HB4 to a higher version of firmware.
To fix this issue you need to add a NENA volume control to your C-Soft design.
Open your C-Soft design in C-Soft designer.
Right click on a empty space in your csoft design.
Click on Add UI Vol. Control
Right click on the volume button that you just created and click on properties.
On the UI Element Function drop down window, select Volume-NENA.
Now Click on the Vol. Control Tab.
Make sure the Maximum gain is set to 12dB.
Click on ok.
Save your C-Soft Design.
Now Run C-Soft and test your NENA audio. You now can control how loud your NENA audio is.
