Question   My Network Recorder program will not open and gives an message saying " # defined active channels. Key allows for # channels." - why? Answer   To get back into the Network Recorder you will have to delete a file and then reprogram the NR with the multicast addresses. This will reset the Network Recorder Multicast Table to factory defaults and will also enable you to run the program with a lower line Network Recorder key. After completing these steps you will need to reprogram the Multicast addresses of your IP-223’s that you want it to record: To reset the Multicast addresses in the Network Recorder, delete the file recordIP.telex  located at C:\Program Files\Telex Communications\Telex Network Recorder\DataFiles\ Reboot the Network Recorder and now you should be able to program the NR with the multicast addresses and then the NR program will run.             © Copyright Bosch Security Systems All rights reserved. Question   How do I fix the ! in the device manager for my NR-V2? I have a missing driver for my NR-V2 where can I find it? PCI error in my NR-V2?   Answer   The NR-V2 will have that error on it due to the onboard sound card. We purposely did not install the drivers for the onboard sound for the NR-V2. If we did that it would disable the sound card that we installed in the pc. This error will not cause any problems in the operation of the computer.           © Copyright Bosch Security Systems All rights reserved.
