  Issue The D192G panel zone (point) is in trouble and the yellow LED is not on. Solution With the zone/point in trouble and No Yellow LED On there is a wiring fault. One of the following terminals do not have power connected to them. External Power In (EXT PWR IN) and / or Auxiliary Power In (AUX PWR IN). Issue Does the D7038 have built in Sync? The D9124 is a 9000 control panel with a 24Vdc PSU and all the needed Fire Accessories for a basic system, all in one large red enclosure. See parts List below. Issue D8112 Displays CPU FAIL. Solution D8112 Displays CPU FAIL Remove Data wires from terminals 30 and 31. Copy the panel via RAMii, RPS or D5200 and save the copy. Send the panel a NEW RECORD or Blank Account. (Basically set the panel back to factory default.) Reload the regional copy back in the panel. Reattach the Data wires to terminals 30 and 31. If still in CPU FAIL - Rewrite the saved copy of the program and save as a different file name. Remove Data wires from terminals 30 and 31. Send the panel a NEW RECORD or Blank Account. Send the new file into the panel. Reattach the Data wires to terminals 30 and 31. If still in CPU FAIL -  replace the panel.
