One possible cause is that cookies may be disabled on your web browser. In internet Explorer, click View, Internet Options. Next select the Advanced tab. Scroll until you get to the security section. The cookie setting could be set to disable all cookie use. Change this setting to enable cookies. If everything is programmed correctly, check to make sure the frequency is labled on the back of the transmitter. For example,  SE2S-304.
