To determine the number of users who can access Rdkypro applications simultaneously: 1) Start License Administration. 2) Log into License Administration. 3) Click on View and scroll down to the section labeled "Access Control." The applications are listed, along with the count for simultaneous users. The maximum number determines the number of users that can be logged into any of these applications at the same time. Example: If the maximum number for System Administration is four, and the maximum number for Alarm Monitoring is four, that means four users can be logged into System Administration at the same time that there are four users logged into Alarm Monitoring. If there is one user logged into both System Administration and Alarm Monitoring, it counts as one for each of the applications. The View Activity page is loaded using web components, and is not compatible with some versions of web browsers. The AEC 2.1 interface was tested with Internet Explorer 7. If Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) or higher is used, it must be set to Compatibility mode to ensure it will function correctly. Use the following steps to set Compatibility mode in IE8.   Go to Tools. Select Compatibility View Settings. Type the IP address of the AEC 2.1 controller in the field ‘Add this website:’. Click the Add button. Click the Close button. Ufortunately the D6686 cannot be used for this application.  The Bosch D6686 version of the EDS2100 from Lantronix does not support the serial tunnel function for use with Readykey Pro or similar applications due to the inability to set the correct baud rate. For applications using a serial tunnel from the D6600 or D6100 connected to COM3 of the receiver, it is requiered that they utiilize an alternative device server product for this purpose. A solution that will work is a Lantronix UDS1100.  It can be configured in the same manner as a Bosch D6682. The product can be obtained through many distributors including Lntronix. ... View more
