Based on the symptoms of no steaming video, a blank diagnostic log and the message below in the logs, there could be a few possible problems. These would be internal hardware issues.
If you have a camera that shows image for a while and then crashes or sometimes it shows blue screen → first, you have to check if the unit has the correct boot-loader and if it is properly connected to the power supply.
If these 2 points are ok and the issue still persist and you found the 3 points above (1, 2, 3), please note that your camera will require an RMA.
