DIP 4000 AIO: Fix for scaling- Config. Client & Op. Client opened in Kiosk (oversized Full screen)

Symptoms

BVMS Configuration Client or Operator Client does not display correctly on the DIVAR IP 4000 AIO when opened from the Kiosk mode and appears oversized in fullscreen.

 

 

Solution

Please download and execute the zip file attached to this KB article from the BVRAdmin desktop.  Unzip the file to the desktop, then right-click on the script and choose "Run as administrator" to execute.  After this completes please restart your DIVAR IP 4000 AIO unit.
