Stop VRM service
Go to C:\ProgramData\Bosch\VRM\Primary
Rename the db folder
Restart the VRM service.
VRM takes 10 min to discover 1 block but can discover 10 blocks at the same time. So, the total number of blocks could be = with the number of minutes VRM needs to discover all blocks.
