Should I have valid SMA when requesting the license transfer from an old DIVAR IP to a newer one?
Yes. Since the system does not have a valid SMA, the Central Technical Support team cannot perform the license transfer from one unit to the other.
Therefore, we recommend you purchase the SMA extension and afterwards ask for the license transfer. Also, when requesting the transfer, be sure that you will provide the Central Technical Support team with the pictures of labels from both units.
