What could be the cause of AUX commands not working on MIC camera in BVMS Operator Client?

Question

It could happen that the AUX commands (such as ON 103, OFF 103, ON 68, OFF 68 etc.) to work on MIC 7100i or MIC 9000 camera when triggering them from camera’s web interface, but when using them from the BVMS Operator Client list to not respond.

What could be the cause?

Answer

Be sure that the MIC-7100i camera is configured in BVMS Configuration Client with "Bosch-AutoDome Bilinx" protocol and not with "Bosch-AutoDome" protocol or other options from the list.

This could be the reason for AUX commands not working when triggering them from BVMS Operator Client list.
