What could be the cause of black image in Operator Client when clicking on the Instant Playback?

Answer
The time synchronization is wrongly set. Therefore, you have to:
- Verify the time synchronization setting of your system.

- Check the Time in Op Client
- Check the time in the Camera
- Check the time of the NTP server
- Please make sure all servers, workstations and cameras do have exact the same time.
