What does "status 9" mean on the MIC IP ultra 7100i │ MIC IP starlight 7100i camera's web page ?
For certain conditions, MIC cameras will display status codes on the video image.
"STATUS 9" means that the camera has been subjected to high shock. Mechanical damage to the camera may exist.
Recommended action:
1. Verify the integrity of the mechanical parts such as the arms and the pan body.
2. Verify the integrity/tightness of the external fasteners. Tighten where necessary.
3. If obvious damage is present, stop using the camera and contact the nearest Bosch Security Systems Service Center.
4. If no damage is evident, power the camera off and then on, and then evaluate operational performance. If the camera does not operate as expected, contact the nearest Bosch Security Systems Service Center.
