Why isn't the company displayed in the Remote Portal after accepting the account invitation?
If you were invited to join in a Bosch Remote Portal account as an admin, but when logging into the Remote Portal, you can't select the company or it cannot be found under the User Settings > My companies, this means that the invitation could be still in pending.
Therefore, please contact the person who invited you in the company and ask him to check the status of the invitation in the "User management" from Remote Portal:
If the status shows that the invitation is pending, please ask the person to cancel it and send a new invitation.
After receiving the new Bosch Remote Portal Account Invitation email, please be sure that you click on the “Accept invitation” button from the browser, after clicking the link inside the email. Clicking only on the link inside the email it is not enough. So, it is required to submit the “Accept invitation” button for the process to be complete and for you to be able to see the company in your account, under the User Settings > My companies. Also, by accepting the invitation, you will be able to see the cameras in the VSC, their live image and recordings, also editing them in the Configuration Manager and so on.
