    Central Support Team may ask you to provide them with the log files and configuration file of Intelligent Insights. This article explains you how and where you can get them.   Step-by-step guide   Intelligent Insights log files:   In the Log settings section you can select the log level that should be saved. Note: Do not change the log level from Intelligent Insights unless requested by tech support.   The system logs of Intelligent Insights can be found at the path: C:\ProgramData\Bosch\Intelligent Insights\Log You can zip the Log folder and send it to Tech Support, when requested.   If you cannot see the "ProgramData" folder, please unhide the folder by clicking: Options > View > select "Show hidden files, folders, and drivers" option > OK > The folder will be displayed in path  C:\   Intelligent Insights configuration file:   You can export the system configuration file from Intelligent Insight platform. 1. Open Intelligent Insights and login using the Admin credentials 2. Go to System > Export and import 3. Under "Export system configuration" type in the Admin password and click Export 4. Select the location where the file will be exported and click save

The Technician can further access all restricted groups and cameras to which he is added to. The system can run as a standalone system and be accessed by operators via the web browser or the widgets can be integrated in a BVMS operator client.     There are two methods of working with 3 rd   party apps: through Remote Portal and Configuration Manager. The methods using the Configuration Manager can be used both with an online system (cameras connected to the internet) and an   offline system   (no internet connection to local system). Once apps are installed on the camera, the configuration interface for each app can be accessed through the Local App Management Console on the camera.     Question Why the Autodome 7000i INTEOX cannot connect to the S&ST Cloud services?   Answer Most likely, when you tried to connect to the S&ST ecosystem, you missed one of the steps explained in this article: How to connect a Bosch INTEOX camera to S&ST using Configuration Manager?   If you are sure that you have followed correctly the steps from the article above, please collect from camera: Diagnostics logs Config file with log in credentials Event logs How to collect logs from your Bosch IP Camera/Encoder? Please check if the the following message is displayed in the logs : ✅   Tip "Not connecting (CC enabled: true; Network connection: true; MQTT client ready: true; NTP enabled: false )" → this indicates that you didn't turn on the NTP which is a prerequisite to connect to the cloud back-end  Please enable the timeserver and make sure the time of the camera is synchronized with a public time-server when connecting to the S&ST cloud.   Note:  NTP synchronization is necessary if the camera is going to be claimed in the portal.
