Do Bosch addressable smokes and smoke bases support CleanMe functions?
Currently the only Bosch smoke detector that supports CleanMe functions is the F220 series smoke heads when used with a conventional two-wire (F220-B6) base only and a CleanMe enabled control panel such as the D7024, and FPD-7024 conventional zones.
Note: The D7050, D7050TH does have a Chamber Check feature that will report dirty smoke if the head needs cleaning when used on the D7024, FPD-7024, DS9400m, DS9400, DS9400i.
This feature blocks the programming feature through the keypad of the FPD-7024.
This feature is only enabled via RPS.
1 Connect to the Panel via RPS an Open the FPD-7024 programming sheet.
2 Go into Program Accounts and Remote Access Security.
3 Open Anti-takeover Setting and Select "Lock all local programming (except Date/Time and all user PINs)" to block the programming via keypad of the panel.
