Are there any restrictions on using Intelligent Insights widgets in BVMS Operator Client on a DIP AIO?
According to the Release Note, on the Windows Server 2016 or Server 2019, the Intelligent Insights widgets cannot be integrated in the BVMS Operator Client. A BVMS Operator Client running an a DIVAR IP unit cannot display the Intelligent Insights widget due to missing Microsoft Edge control on the Windows Server Operating system.
The BVMS Operator Client uses Microsoft Edge to display the widget in the cameo. Microsoft Edge is not present in a server OS, thus the widget is not displayed in the BVMS Operator Client. That is the situation with the DIP also, which is based on a Microsoft server OS platform.
IGI integration with BVMS is only supported starting with BVMS 10 where the web interface has been updated to an Edge control and you can add the Intelligent Insights widgets.
