Is it possible to transmit audio to device’s location through Video Security Client (App)?
Yes! There is a help banner in the app explaining about this function and how you can use it.
For the camera part, users would need to check the respective HW and FW manuals. Depending on the camera model, the speakers may be included in the housing or could be connected through wires.
Before using this option, please make sure that you have configured the camera in a proper way.
First, you have to enable the Audio (set it to "On")
Adjust the audio level with the slider(s).
Move the slider of Input volume/ Microphone volume and Line Out/ Loudspeaker to the volume value you want. This action is required for the sound to be transmitted from the device where the microphone is placed to the camera's speaker.
Note Depending on the camera model and the way it has the speaker (integrated or separately attached), you can find in the camera's webpage a different naming of the speaker and the microphone volume option. Such as:

Select a format for audio recording. The default value is AAC 48 kbps. You can select AAC 80 kbps, G.711 or L16 depending on the required audio quality or sampling rate.
AAC audio technology is licensed by Fraunhofer IIS.
Note: Currently, the Audio-Playback is not available in Video Security Client/ App according to the Release Letter v3.7.0.
Hit the "Set" button to save the changes.
Once this configuration is done, you can add the camera into Video Security Client/ App and start transmitting audio to device’s location.
