What to do if you don’t receive the account activation or password reset e-mail from Remote Portal?
check if you can get e-mails from Remote Portal under the domain: mail-securitycloud.com
re-send the e-mail from the Remote Portal (an Admin can do this)
If none of the above helps, provide the Central Technical Support Team with your user name (e-mail) and the date/ time when you did expect the e-mail being sent.
