 Central Station is not getting the BFSK reports from the panel. Panels are not going into Comm Fail or Comm Route Fail therefore the reports are going to a receiver somewhere. The Central Station may be looking for a 4-digit account number and the panel is only sending 3 digits. When using BFSK Reporting Format only the last three digits of your account number are transmitted to the Central Station. Insert a 0 as the first digit of the account number. The D4112 uses the D420A, D620 or D636A Command Center. The A, B or C keys are disabled by disabling the function related to the key, however this will completely disable the function as well. It is necessary to determine if it is acceptable or not to disable the related Command function. The D420A has an A and B key, the A key is programmed to perform Command 44 (Local System Test) and the B key is programmed to perform Command 47 (Reset Sensors). The D620 and D636A also have a C key which is programmed to perform Command 5. Command 44 and 47 are enabled by default and can be disabled in the System Test/Reset module by selecting No in the related parameter. All 7000/9000, G and GV2 Series control panels use a lithium battery to provide power to retain programming parameters when the panel loses primary and secondary power. This battery is designed to last for several years when the control panel is installed and operational.   However, if the control panel is left powered off or loses AC and battery backup power for an extended time, the battery may become depleted. If the lithium battery voltage drops too low the control panel will lose it's lock code and all programming and require replacement. WARNING: If the control panel looses primary and secondary power and the Lithium battery is removed all programming will be lost including Datalock information requiring the control panel to be replaced.   Ensure the AC transformer and backup 12V battery are connected before testing the lithium battery for proper voltage.  Remove the heat shield from the front of the panel and remove the lithium battery from its socket.  Meter the battery voltage.  If below 3.0Vdc it should be replaced. ...
