Issue
The D192G panel zone (point) is in trouble and the yellow LED is not on.
Solution
With the zone/point in trouble and No Yellow LED On there is a wiring fault. One of the following terminals do not have power connected to them. External Power In (EXT PWR IN) and / or Auxiliary Power In (AUX PWR IN).
Terminal 1 (AUX PWR IN) 13.75 VDC
Terminal 2 (Common)
Terminal 3 (Supervised Zone / Point) 2.50 VDC Normal Condition < 1.50 VDC In Trouble condition
Terminal 4 (Trigger) 13.75 VDC In Alarm Only
Terminal 5 (External Power In) 12 VDC or 24 VDC Depended on needed Output for the NAC's or Power Supply
Terminal 6 (Common) This is the Common from an 24 VDC External Power
Terminal 7 (Positive Alarm Output)
Terminal 8 (Negative Alarm Output)

Uses for the D298M over a D298S or D278S popited base? D278S 12 volt popit base. D298S 24 volt popit base. The D298M is a 24 volt popit base that provides connections for up to 19 supervised circuits two-wire slave detectors (D287 2-Wire Base with D285 Smoke Head or D285TH Smoke Head with 135 degree heat sensor) reporting to the master address. The D298M is used over the D298S to conserve popit addresses on a large system.
This is a generic solution for any photoelectric device application where the device seems to keep going in and out of trouble due to alignment issues.

The programmer for the DACT family (D9068,FPT-DACT; DCT-1; DCT-1E; DS9602) is one of the following: D7033 DS9447 FMR-DACT-KEYPAD Notes The FMR-DACT-KEYPAD is not the same as the FMR-7033. The FMR-7033 will not program the D9068 DACT family (FPT-DACT; DCT-1; DCT-1E; DS9602).
This article provides instructions for exporting and saving the program from an FPA-1000 to be imported into a replacement FPA-1000 panel.
This information may be needed when replacing an FPA-1000 fire panel with another with intentions to use the same panel program.
