How to configure DIVAR IP AIO to be accessed through Video Security Client/App via Remote Portal?

🕒 This procedure takes in average ~ 15 min to complete

Our cloud services enable users to monitor, manage, record, and replay video security footage directly via the cloud from anywhere. It supports site managers, security operators, or operations staff to make quick decisions, especially from remote locations, to prevent events from escalating.

Remote Portal is the central platform for device management, maintenance, and service and software license activation. It allows users to connect all registered devices easily.

System integrators can log in with their account for remote access and maintenance and give their customers mobile access with a few clicks. Remote Portal supports Bosch cameras and DIVAR IP all-in-ones. Once connected, these devices can utilize Bosch software and applications

VideoView+ for DIVAR IP allows you to remotely monitor video footage from cameras connected to your DIVAR IP. It’s ideal for multi-site facilities, from mid-to-larger quantities of cameras per site, in need of local high-retention time, or RAID recording requirements. This is compatible with DIVAR IP all-in-one 4000, 5000, 6000, and 7000.

To use the VideoView+ online service, you must first have an account on Remote Portal. If you don't have an account yet, please refer to the following article:
