Starting with version 3.7, a new feature was introduced in Video Security App/ Client: Direct link to cloud recording web interface for Alarm Management accounts What's New in Video Security 3.7 for Windows, Android and iOS?   Before using this feature, please be sure that you have configured your devices in a proper way. Once the devices are properly configured, follow the steps below to access the direct link to cloud recording web interface from Video Security App (VSC).   Step-by-step guide   Mobile Video Security App:   1. Open Video Security App and be sure that you are connected in you Alarm management account and not with your Remote Portal account:   2. Select one of the options that matches your preferred login to your Alarm Management account. In this example, we logged in using Single Sign-On option (in this case, add your instance in the Server address field)   3. Enter in the site where your cameras were added and configured for continuous cloud recording and start using the new cloud recording web interface feature:    Note: When opening the calendar to select the day for which you want to see the recording, only the days in which there are recordings will be circled (in this example 2nd and 3rd of October):   Video Security Client (Windows version)   1. Open Video Security Client (Windows version) and be sure that you are connected in you Alarm management account and not with your Remote Portal account:   2. Select one of the options that matches your preferred login to your Alarm Management account. By hitting the "Sign in" button, you will be redirected to the web authentication page using SingleKey ID. Add your credentials to Log in. The FLEXIDOME IP starlight 8000i is a high-performance, intelligent camera known for its low-light capabilities and advanced features. Over time, there may be situations where a factory reset is necessary, whether for troubleshooting, restoring default settings, or preparing the camera for redeployment. One of the simplest methods to achieve this is through a hard reset using the built-in reset button. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to factory default the FLEXIDOME IP starlight 8000i camera with the reset button, ensuring you can quickly and efficiently restore your device to its original configuration.   Step-by-step guide   Dismount the mounted camera Remove the camera module from the camera base by unscrewing the 4 bolds 3     Remove the PoE cable and remove the print (connection PCB) by unscrewing the 2 screws that keep the print on its place   4     Place the print directly on the camera 5     Connect the  network cable with PoE or a 24V AC / 12-26V DC cable to power the camera module and wait until the red led is off. Then, press tightly and hold the reset button on top of the SD card slot for 15 seconds until the red LED starts blinking. 6     Release the reset button and wait 60 seconds for the LED light to turn off and for the reset to be complete.  7    Just only after the LED is out, you can remove the connection PCB from the camera module.
