Issue One of the zones at the panel is in constant trouble.   Solution   Need to have proper wiring connections.  Check the following: 1. Using 12 Volt Smokes, Terminal 1 goes to Terminal 8 on the panel Switched AUX Power. 2. Make sure D136 relay is installed for Relay C for non G-Series panels. 3. For 24 Volt Smokes, Terminal 1 goes to a D130, and a UL 24 Volt PSU is needed on Terminal 8 on the Panel. Switched AUX Power goes to the D130 to reset the 24 Volt power. 4. Measure the EOL across loop "A" Terminals 7 and 9 of the D125B card. Look for 1.8K Ohms for the D125B on a new install or when adding to an existing install. If replacing a D125 or D125A the EOL would be 1.5K Ohms. 5. Measure the EOL across loop "B" Terminals 6 and 8 of the D125B card. Look for 1.8K Ohms on the D125B card on a new install or when adding to an existing install. If  replacing a D125 or D125A the EOL would be 1.5K Ohms. 6. Measure the Voltage across  Loop "A" Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 on the D125B card. The meter should read 2.5VDC with everything connected. If the reading is 5VDC the loop is Open (not seeing the 1.8K EOL across the last Smoke. If the voltage reading is Less than 1VDC you have a Short on the loop. The short could be a smoke head latched in alarm, bad/dirty smoke head, wiring short, or reversed polarity to one of the smoke heads on the loop. 7. Measure the Voltage across  Loop "B" Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 on the D125B card. To verify the D125B is working correct you can wire the 1.8K Ohm EOL accross termainals 7 & 9 and another 1.8K Ohm EOL accross termainals 6 & 8. The Loop termainals 2 & 3 need to wire to the Positive Side of a 1K Ohm Zone. The EOL for the 1K Ohm zone is built in to the D125B. The D132B is a multipurpose, fully configurable, smoke power-reversing module for activating detectors with local annunciation. The module will operate both two-wire and four-wire 24 V circuits, and also works with Class A or Class B initiating circuits. An alarm latch connection is provided to allow an initiating loop to be held in alarm after the detector loop power has been reversed to activate any sounders. The module does not affect compatibility between the FACP and detectors, or the FACP and notification appliance circuits (NACs). The maximum current available from the FACP smoke power terminals or NACs limits the total number of reversible smoke detectors that can be connected to the module. Consult the FACP’s installation instructions for compatibility with the D132B Multi-Use Reversing Relay Module. Part numbers D132B, D7024, FPD-7024

Overview When the D928 is installed, the control panel alternates between Phone Line 1 and Phone Line 2 to send its first report. For example, on Day 1, the control panel attempts to communicate on Phone Line 1. On Day 2, the control panel switches and attempts to communicate on Phone Line 2. When the control panel is reset or powered on or off, the next reported event always attempts to call out on Phone Line 1 first. If Phone Line 2 (secondary) is not in service on Day 2, the control panel switches to the primary phone line to send the report. The Bosch Security System control panels use the D928 Dual Phone Line Switcher to transmit over a second phone line when the primary phone line has a fault. The control panel monitors the primary line and the D928 monitors the secondary line. If a signal is generated and the control panel senses that the primary phone line is bad, it will attempt to use the secondary phone line to send the message. When a fire alarm occurs, the control panel activates Relay A (Terminal 6), providing the trigger input to the “Horn” D192C/D192G. The output from Relay A also changes Point 3’s voltage to 5.0 VDC (electrically, an open condition caused by the 2.4 k. resistor), causing an alarm (burg alarm) condition. This activates Relay B (based on the Summary Alarm Relay programming shown above). Relay B provides the trigger voltage for the “Strobe” D192C/D192G. When the Fire Alarm is acknowledged at the command center, power is no longer applied to Relay A causing the horns to silence and returning Point 3 to a normal state of 2.5 VDC. However, Relay B continues to stay activated until alarm memory is cleared at the command center by using Command 4 or entering Passcode + [ESC]. After the Fire Alarm is acknowledged, the command center first scrolls the fire alarm points, then scrolls AREA 1 1 ALARMS. This occurs because Point 3 is a Burg Point. Once a Command 4 or a Passcode + [ESC] is entered, the Alarm Memory is cleared. Part numbers D192C, D192G, D7212, D7412,D9112, D9124, D9412, D7212G, D7412G, D9112G, D9124G, D9412G
