Issue What are the steps to default a DS7090 or DS7090i?   Solution   To set panel back to factory default perform the following: Caution - This will erase all programming except for the phone numbers. What may prevent the panel from being set to factory default is a security feature called anti-takeover. If this is enabled the panel will not be able to be set back to factory default Enter into program mode by the installer code # 0 ( 98765 # 0 ) is the default code, or short the little silver dots next to the last zone on the panel for 4 seconds with a jumper wire. ** Enter 839#, the beeper should sound for steady. Short the same 2 pins, and the panel should be back to factory default. ** When the step is followed and a 3-beep error tone is generated while after 839# is entered. This panel is lock and will need to be reset at Bosch Security System for a fee. Contact our repair department a 800-289-0096 Ex 4220 M - F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST

Overview: Internal testing has found that if a D9210B (version 1.08 firmware) is currently in the energized state and a Reset is performed on the panel (manual reset using the reset switch or a Reset-Bye using RAM/RPS), the D9210B may deenergize the Lock Relay after a 30-minute delay. This is due to a firmware issue in the D9210B. Issue After manual reset, the lock output denergizes after 30 minutes. What causes this?
